By installing, copying, or otherwise using E-MouseLab, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and BioLabSoft, and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use E-MouseLab.
1. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS.
E-MouseLab and any accompanying documentation are the proprietary products of BioLabSoft and are protected under national laws and international treaty provisions. Ownership of E-MouseLab and all copies, modifications, translations, and merged portions thereof shall at all times remain with BioLabSoft. E-MouseLab is licensed, not sold.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
E-MouseLab and accompanying documentation are being licensed to you, which means you have the right to use E-MouseLab only in accordance with this License Agreement. E-MouseLab is considered in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory. This license is effective from your date of purchase and shall remain in force until terminated. You may terminate the license and this License Agreement at any time by destroying E-MouseLab and the accompanying documentation, together with all copies in any form.
(a) COMPUTER-SPECIFIC LICENSE.
All three types of license, single-user, multi-user and multi-lab, are computer-specific license.
For single-user license: Each permitted copy of E-MouseLab may be used only in connection with a hard drive(s) that is permanently connected to ONE specific computer (either a stand-alone computer or a computer connected to a network) owned or leased by you. Once a copy E-MouseLab has been used on a computer, it may not be used on any other computer. It may not be used on any additional computers without purchasing additional licenses.
For multi-user and multi-lab licenses: Each permitted copy of E-MouseLab may be used only in connection with a hard drive(s) that is permanently connected to ONE specific computer (either a stand-alone computer or a computer connected to a network) owned or leased by you as server. Once a copy E-MouseLab has been used on a computer as server, it may be used on other computers as client. It may not be used on any additional computers as server without purchasing additional licenses.
(b) BACKUP COPIES.
You may make copies of the database file(s) of E-MouseLab as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
(c) UPDATES AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
When you purchase E-MouseLab, you receive three years of free product updates and technical support via Email. After three years you may purchase a new license which gives you an additional three years of free updates and technical support.
3. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) MAINTENANCE OF COPYRIGHT NOTICES.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of E-MouseLab.
(b) DISTRIBUTION.
You may not distribute licensed copies of E-MouseLab and its database file(s) to third parties.
(c) PROHIBITION ON REVERSE ENGINEERING, DECOMPILATION, AND DISASSEMBLY.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble E-MouseLab, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. Without the express prior written permission of BioLabSoft, you may not modify tables and their relations in the database of E-MouseLab.
(d) RENTAL.
You may not rent, lease, or lend E-MouseLab.
(e) SUPPORT SERVICES.
BioLabSoft may provide you with support services related to E-MouseLab ("Support Services"). Any supplemental software code provided to you as part of the Support Services shall be considered part of E-MouseLab and subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. 
(f) COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of E-MouseLab.
3. TERMINATION. 
Without prejudice to any other rights, BioLabSoft may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of E-MouseLab in your possession.
4. COPYRIGHT.
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to E-MouseLab and its database files and any copies thereof are owned by BioLabSoft or its suppliers. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of E-MouseLab is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BioLabSoft.
5. NO WARRANTIES.
BioLabSoft expressly disclaims any warranty for E-MouseLab. E-MouseLab is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. BioLabSoft does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within E-MouseLab. BioLabSoft makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. BioLabSoft further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
In no event shall BioLabSoft be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use E-MouseLab, even if BioLabSoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will BioLabSoft be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. BioLabSoft shall have no liability with respect to the content of E-MouseLab or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
